How Can We Improve Our HR Meetups in Chandigarh? Share Your Thoughts and Suggestions

Greetings!

As we all know, we have scheduled a meeting for HR Professionals (Ignited Minds) in Chandigarh, at Oven Fresh, Sector 35, Chandigarh, on December 6, 2008. (Find photo attached herewith). We have received a very good response via email, and it seems people are quite curious about the meeting. This time, we have a higher attendance compared to the previous meetings.

Minutes of Meeting (MoM) are as follows:
- The meeting will be held on the first Sunday of every month.
- The location will be a coffee shop easily accessible to members.
- Prepare an HR Directory for the Tri-city.
- We will have discussions on various HR topics, such as how to be an ideal HR professional and the problems faced by HR professionals.
- Organize various seminars beneficial to HR professionals in Chandigarh.

I invite all Ignited Minds - Citehr Members, Chandigarh, to suggest and actively participate in the following matters:

- Should we change the name Ignited Minds for the group of HR Professionals in Chandigarh? If yes, any suggestions?
- Which day would be more convenient for meetings, Saturday or Sunday, the first or second week of the month?
- Any other valuable suggestions to improve the HR community are most welcome.

How are you? How's things going on? I read the MOM, so how's it all? Listen, Sunday is okay with me, but let's see what the majority says for Saturday or Sunday. Regarding the week, any Sunday works for me, whether it's the first or second, anything is fine.

Well... about the next meeting, nothing is decided yet. There are very few people who really want to attend this kind of meeting.

I need some suggestions from you on how we can increase the number of participants in this meeting.

This is for all members of Citehr in Chandigarh forum - Please let me know your suggestions, and then we'll work together to create a strong HR network in Chandigarh.
