Synopsis - A Study On Performance Appraisal System

Hi Friends,
I am doing MBA in Madras University. As part of the syllabus, I have to do the project work. My project work title is "A Study on Performance Appraisal System in (Company Name)." Before starting this project work, i have to give synopsis to the university along with the Guide's Signature.
If anybody done the project under the above title, i request you to send the synopsis and if you have the copy of project report in your system, kindly send me the same. First of all i require synopsis. I don't have idea about how to write synopsis. If anyone having synopsis in any title, Kindly send it please. Mainly, i want to know how to write synopsis. Pl help.
