We are also facing the same problem like you.As we have a global problem we have to somehow solve this problem.we gave loss of pay leave to our employees and told them we will call once we get work.I was feeling so guilty that I had to send people home.Though I had no financial problem personally as I dont depend on the this income to take care of my family,I tried hard to get some telecalling assignment.I called back my staff but none were interested to do this work.Only two of them came back and we are working on this new project.
This shows that they are jt not bothered. Employees who cooperate with us during the tough times are the ones we need to care about and ensure that we continue to generate work so that we can pay them.
