Course To Be Pursued After PG Diploma

Dear Members,
I would shortly be completing my distance learning PG Diploma in HR (from Symbiosis University, Pune). I would like to pursue further studies in either compensation management or Labour laws. Hence, would request you to suggest courses whcih could help me grow as an HR professional.

planning to do course MHRM (master of human resource management)
run by annamalayia and madhurai kamraj universities.recognised by govt
of india,all state govt,ugc etc etc.its a distance learning one...You can check out......

With PGDHRM,U can start evening course of PGD in Labour Practice, also will make u suitable for Labour Welfare Officer in organization where 500 & more workers.

You can Join PGDPMIR (Post Gratuate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation)
Also courses available, Diploma in Labour Law,
PGDHRM.

i tooo did my MBA with HR as specialization(2008 passed out and i am a science graduate) from JNT University and now i am planning to pursue further studies in the area of industrial relations or psychology. can any body help me in this regards which course will be usefull for me in the future (i want to start a business in the comming 8 years) and i want to continue my studies in distance mode. plz also help me which universites will provide these courses??

I think you study PGDBA (PG Diploma in Business Administration). Check with IGNOU and other universities websites to about this course.

I suggest you to join the DLLP (Diploma Labour Law and Parctice). I am done MSW, DLLP and pursuing PGDHRM and LLB.

INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME AND ENERGY AS WELL AS MONEY BETTER GO FOR M.PHIL AND BECOME DOCTORATE IN HR THAT WILL GIVE YOU MORE WEIGHTAGES AS COMPARE TO ANY OTHER MILESTONES....
