I am working as the HR/Admin executive in our company, and this experience is very new for me as I have experience working as a recruiter. Can any one of you suggest how I can include Medical Allowance terms in the offer letter?

---

In the role of HR/Admin executive at our company, I am navigating a new experience, having previously worked as a recruiter. I am seeking guidance on how to incorporate Medical Allowance terms into the offer letter. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Radhika,

Just tell me whether you would like to put the medical allowance as a reimbursed amount or if you will include it in the fixed take-home part. The maximum amount is Rs. 1250/- (monthly), which you can allocate under the medical allowance head in the offer letter.

I hope this is what you want to know...

Thanks for your suggestion. Can you please put it into offer letter terms and send it to me again? I would like to add this to the fixed component. Please provide your suggestion.

Dear Radhika,

I received this from CiteHr. I am re-uploading the offer letter format and the salary break-up for your reference. I hope these two attachments will be helpful to you. :icon1:

Please let me know if you need any further information.
