Please share your views on how we can make our HR work more innovative. It has been a week, and I feel like I haven't accomplished any quality work apart from being punctual and ensuring the psychological satisfaction of the employees that the HR Manager is available.
I am working in a mid-sized company, and it has been close to two years. During this time, I have reviewed and updated all the existing policies in my company. Now, I am unsure of what to do next.
Friends, I feel stuck and unable to find the perfect way to engage myself. What other tasks can an HR Manager undertake? I am eager to become a more contributing member of my company rather than just being present.
