Feeling Stuck in HR: How Can I Bring More Innovation to My Role?

Please share your views on how we can make our HR work more innovative. It has been a week, and I feel like I haven't accomplished any quality work apart from being punctual and ensuring the psychological satisfaction of the employees that the HR Manager is available.

I am working in a mid-sized company, and it has been close to two years. During this time, I have reviewed and updated all the existing policies in my company. Now, I am unsure of what to do next.

Friends, I feel stuck and unable to find the perfect way to engage myself. What other tasks can an HR Manager undertake? I am eager to become a more contributing member of my company rather than just being present.

George Elton Mayo's Hawthorne experiment can be one example. Additionally, you can look into the theory of Mary Parker Follett, known as the "mother of conflict resolution."

HR is not rocket science, and mid-size companies always give priority to the utility factor in all that you invent or discover. 😄

You can handle filing, employee records (attendance, leave records), and salary and wages administration. 😜

I have also been inventing something in this HR field for the last 20 years. 😄
