Need Unique Ideas for 'Aims and Objectives' in My HR Dissertation on Employee Satisfaction

I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources, in my second year, and I am working on my dissertation project. The topic of my project is "Employee Satisfaction Survey" in a renowned company. As per the norms of our university, we are required to prepare a synopsis before proceeding with any other task.

I am familiar with the format of the synopsis, but I require assistance with one point - the 'Aims and Objectives' section. I have a few points on what to include in the Aims and Objectives, but I am looking for some unique ideas. Could you please provide your inputs?

Main Objectives of the project are:

1. To identify the level of satisfaction among employees.
2. To improve the working standards of employees.
3. Pros and cons that contribute to employee satisfaction.

Aims:

1. Identify the satisfaction level using statistical tools.
2. Mention your target population and target size, and what statistical tools you are planning to apply and the method that will be used to obtain the data.

Please go through the market research subject before you work on your synopsis. I would strongly recommend you to use as many statistical tools as possible that are relevant to the topic. Go through the project work submitted in the university library for more information. You will get an idea. The initial stage is the most important, so try to invest time.
