Facing Job Loss Due to Downsizing: Can the HR Community Help Me Find a New Opportunity?

Hi all,

I am Abhishek, with over 6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles. I relocated to Bangalore in January '08 for a new assignment as a Manager-HR in a company within the Travel Sector. Unfortunately, our company has been facing challenges and has decided to downsize, leading to the loss of my job this December.

I am reaching out to the HR community for assistance in finding a new promising opportunity. My current CTC is 6.5 Lacs. I have attached my resume with a role synopsis and other relevant details for the members of Cite HR to review and provide guidance.

Thank you so much for your prompt references. You are right about my previous place of posting in Kolkata. It has hardly been 11 months since I relocated to Bangalore from Kolkata itself, thus I am comfortable and flexible about another relocation. Also, my hometown being Patna gives me an additional incentive of being close to my parents and place.
