I have a question on exactly who will qualify as international worker.
1.Example: I have an employee who is working in US for the last 10-12 years and has a US citizen ship. This employee is permanantly relocted to India from Nov 08. Will he come under international worker?
2. Example: I have an employee who is sent on a long term assignment to a different country and the payment conditions are, he gets his regular salary in India plus he gets his salary in the other country too.
Will this employee be treated as international worker.

In our company overseas employees are woking on temporary basis, deputed from the parent company china and they are providing services and getting salary from the china
The above said employees are comes in business and work permit visas.
whether they will come under the internation worker pf or not?
if in case they will be covered in the internation pf scheme
how to applying for pf number and process the individual accounts for them and how to settle the resigned employees pf?

As per revised PF norms for international work, there is no time limit. Any assignment if they are on work permit visa, the pf is to be deducted from the date of joining

I am having the 3 korean expats in co. they got the scheme certificate.
Now, they want withdraw the EPF contribution, what they are contributed to EPF.
What is form? and what is the procedure?

2 ) how to submit to pf remittance process.
3 )only three month work in india (project site) other country person then applicable to pf remittance. Yes ya no. Yes how to submition to pf returns and stating to eng will be claim the epf amount process.

if an international worker resign than in that case is there any return or information is requried to submit in the PF department.
