While your initiative is sincerely appreciated, I have some points to make in this regard.

First, does such display of numbers/contacts really serve the purpose? During the daytime, you can view and make note of the numbers, but what about nights? Even during the daytime, the numbers can hardly be viewed because of their size and position.

Second, is there a guarantee that there will be a proper response to calls made to such numbers in cases of rash or negligent driving?

What I would suggest is to have your employees who avail of this bus facility provide regular feedback, as most of the time the buses are used to transport your own employees. Additionally, educate and counsel the drivers and operators of the services.
