Job Hunt Struggles in Bangalore: How Are Others Coping with the Slowdown?

Hi Guys,

I have been on a break for 8 months. I would like to gain an understanding of the job slowdown in Bangalore. Finding a job in this market has been extremely challenging for me. I feel disconnected from what is happening in the market.

I have around 3 years of experience in the HR field.

It's a problem everywhere, more in Bangalore. As per the survey, this situation will change after February 2008. Let's hope for the best.
