If an employee shows up for a scheduled shift and is sent home for reasons beyond the employers control (power loss, hazardous situation, etc...) are there minimum pay requirements?
Similarly, if an employee arrives for a scheduled shift and is terminated upon arrival (pre-planned by the employer) are there pay requirements for that day?
