In which university are you studying in States and in which mode? If I am right, in States they teach you Research Methodology and how to write articles for Scholarly journals. Have you attended those courses?
Your topic is too broad and you need to narrow it down to "Training Whom?". For example, by searching the web I found this link http://psycnet.apa.org/journals/pro/4/1/111/ , which covers "Internship Training: Innovations in Clinical Psychology Internship Training".
