Salary on Hold for Two Months Due to Notice Period – What Can I Do?

Attached is the email which explains it all. Please advise what I can do. :-x

I have been working in a pharmaceutical company since June '12, which means I have been with the company for 9 months. Since my joining, I have not received any expenses. Moreover, the company transferred me on 1st March '13 to join Trivandrum (Kerala) from Akola (Maharashtra) on 11th March '13. Can you suggest what I should do?

I worked in the company for 1 month. Due to some health issues, I was absent for 4 days and my salary was put on hold. I informed HR right away, but now they are saying I am not eligible because I was considered absconded, and I am not eligible to receive my salary. Please help me in this situation.
