I work in pharma company from june\'12 ie. 9 month. since my joining I have not received any expenses.
Moreover company given me transfer on 1st March\'13 to join trivendram (Kerala) from Akola (Maharashtra) on 11 th March \'13 .Suggest me what to do?

I worked in company for 1 month and due to-some health issue I was remain absebt for 4 days and my sakary gies on holdbut I,informed to-hr right now they are saying u are not eligible because you are absconded and yor are not eligible to get your salary so,please help me in this situation
