Can an HR guy marry an HR girl? Does it have any impact on their family life? Will it be a successful one?

I used to work until 9:30 pm every day. In case I get promoted, I will certainly need some time to work. If she is a teacher or a homemaker, she could spend more time with family and kids. However, if she is also from HR, she will carry the work pressure home, making it feel unbearable.

Does HR mean late seating? Just tell me. In my organization, most of the female employees leave the premises by 6.30 pm sharply as per management policy.

It doesn't mean late seating. But why should two people carry stress? One can be a comforter. This is my point.
