A career in Training and Development is a good one. You need to try and learn some foreign languages if possible. Also, develop your skills by attending some Personality Development and Soft Skill Training; this will help your career. Don't go for a labor law course since it is more tiresome, and since you are already set here, continue in the same.

Hi Anandh,

The PPT is useful. I am considering pursuing an MSC in Psychology through distance education. I have visited the Anna University website, but I found that they are not offering the course. Can you recommend a university for the course?

Regards,

As a Management Consultant, I am conducting a workshop on New Horizons in Marketing in Delhi on December 19 for corporate organizations including Siemens India, Hero Honda, PepsiCo, etc. Marketing concepts are very beneficial for HR executives. Dear Mr. Anand,

Thank you for your informative post. I appreciate you sharing it to keep others updated. I am currently pursuing an MBA, and it's time for me to select a topic for my grand project. I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter. I noticed that you are now pursuing an MSc in Psychology from Anna University through correspondence. My area of interest lies in human psychology, so I would like to seek your suggestions for a new topic.

Thank you, dear.
