How To Search In Naukri And Moster?

HI,
I am a HR officer for a small scale Industry. We dont have any tie ups with any agencies or recruitment firm or neither we have not registered with any portals.
Now then our company is expanding, we have planned to register with Naukri.com. But then none of our employees have a good experience in searching CVs in naukri or moster.
Actually we dont want to hire someone specifically for this.
I would like you guys to help me with this. (how to screen and search resumes)

Dear Mr.Iyer,
Normally once you register or purchase the employer access from portals they would be giving you a complete training on the usage of it, otherwise also it is very simple, you can even contact these portal people directly and ask for a demonstration

Pleas select single job posting from each service. See the response. Select the best service. While purchasing it you can ask them to demonstrate which they will also do it automatically. No need to employ anyone for this.
While taking up the service you can ask the sales manager who meets you to give resume access for a week's time free of cost which they will obviously do so. Dear Sundaresh Iyer,
I really don't understand why you worry about these simple issues. If any employer has signed with /Monster, the BD person of that particular portal would come down to your office and would teach you on how to use the portal and to access the database.
You don't need to hire a person for that. Again before posting the query here, have you been able to check with the portal team in regards to the same?
