Struggling with Resume Searches on Naukri and Monster? Seeking Tips for Small HR Teams

I am an HR officer for a small-scale industry. We don't have any tie-ups with agencies, recruitment firms, or portals. Now that our company is expanding, we have planned to register with Naukri.com. However, none of our employees have experience in searching CVs on Naukri or Monster. We don't want to hire someone specifically for this task. I would like your help with screening and searching resumes.

Normally, once you register or purchase employer access from portals, they would provide you with complete training on its usage. If not, it is very simple. You can also contact the portal directly and ask for a demonstration.

Dear Sundaresh Iyer, I really don't understand why you worry about these simple issues. If any employer has signed with Monster, the BD person of that particular portal would come down to your office and teach you how to use the portal and access the database. You don't need to hire a person for that. Again, before posting the query here, have you been able to check with the portal team regarding the same?
