Need Hep On Employee Satisfaction Survey & HR Plan

Hi all,

I intend to conduct an Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) in my organization. Ours is a hospitality (Food & Allied services) industry. Could anyone help me in designing a questionnaire or send me an ESS questionnaire? I also need help with the analysis of the ESS questionnaire.

I have recently joined this organization and am planning to prepare an HR plan for the coming year. Can anyone send me Corporate HR plan/objectives that can be helpful to me in preparing my plan?

It will furnish you with a lot of details. For evaluation, I will also give you some tips. But to start with, first complete preparing the form so that we know about the parameters you want to finalize and gather information on during the survey.
