The file will not open if you do not have PowerPoint or PowerPoint Viewer installed on your computer. There is nothing wrong with the file. It is not, repeat not, corrupted. Talk to your IT people.

This is really good. I like it :)

I have one question for you: What do you think - would there be a problem if leaders focused more on looking like a leader than actually being one?

Thanks,

Well, when a leader focuses more on acting like one and not behaving like one, he's no different than an insecure member of the group. This usually happens when there are more than one competent leaders in a group. So, it's like more of a war situation between the two members, and thus the entire team suffers.

A true leader will always realize the fact that "leadership is situational". In other words, you don't fight people but situations, so to say. Leadership is ought to be situational. A leader is a coach, and there are times when the coach has to take a back seat. Give it a thought! I hope I've answered your query.

Sneha
