Driver's Salary in Compensation: How Should Reimbursement Policies Work?

If a driver's salary is included in the compensation structure, what would be the guiding policy for its reimbursement? Can reimbursement be given for any driver employed by the employee who may be performing official or personal work for the employee?

Hi Deep,

A driver's salary in our company is a part of the CTC of the senior managers. This is not taxable to the managers but to the company under FBT. The latter part of the question actually depends on the company.
