Frustrated with Download Limits on Cite-HR? Seeking Help to Resolve This Issue

Hello, this is a request to help me out. I am unable to download any material from cite-hr. The message I am receiving is as follows:

You can only download ONE file in TWO minutes. Please wait for 2 minutes for your next turn to download.
The system will automatically retry in 60 seconds. You can retry yourself by clicking here

This issue occurs even when you are trying it for the first time.

It must be your system problem, nothing else. If you download more than 2 files, for example, 3 files of high file size, it could be due to your system capability. If you do any other work on your system at the time of downloading, it will happen like that.

During downloads, don't do any other work on your system. Doing so will result in the issue you are experiencing. Try again; it will be solved.

This is a measure put in place to make sure people are not abusing the system by starting multiple downloads - it puts a lot of load on our servers and the site becomes very slow.

If you have downloaded one file, you need to then wait for 2 minutes before you start another download. If this doesn't work, you can clear your browser cache and cookies and then try again. Of course, you'll need to login again to do this.

This is even when you are trying it for the first time.

I also have a similar experience. It takes you to another page and says you can download this document in 2 minutes or click here, but it does not work in either case.

Request if the problem could be resolved.
