See The Picture--must Follow The Instruction - JPG Download

Hi All,
Step - 1
Open the attached picture. You can see a girl, right? OK.
Step - 2
Save this image to any folder in your PC.
Open that folder and select thumbnails from view menu.
Now what you see?
Can you solve the mystery behind it??
If you crack it then please let me know too.( Please ensure your OS is
loaded with WINDOWS XP)

Nothing to the pic at my end as welll... Worst case i was playing photoshop... & spoiled the pic altogether...

Hmm.... i tried, but not sure.......
1. right click the image, select properties, you will find a security message at bottom under general tab as " this file came from another comp......" . Now click on unblock option right to this msg. press Ok....
2. now click the image again ( in thumbnail version), and select 'refresh thumbnail' , you may able to see the change, but its get change again after refreshing it........
