I am involved in creating competency mapping for my company. Initially, you need to identify the Key Result Areas (KRA) of each department. Following that, you should prepare a blank template similar to the enclosed file and forward it to the department head for their evaluation. Once the form is completed by the department head, graphs should be generated for each category to pinpoint any discrepancies. I believe the enclosed file will be beneficial for you.
