Dream and Goals are to some extent Synonymous.

We always aim high and dream and wish to be a part of a Fortune 500 company.
But how many of us know which are the Fortune 500 Companies. We have a Goal for ourself but still we don't know what and where is the Goal.

Goals should be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time bound. This means that we do not have a SMART Goal. So now atleast let us proceed towards converting our blind Goal into a SMART Goal.

It's quite true that we have goals, but they are not SMART. Let's take an oath that we will make all efforts towards setting SMART goals and conduct a review every month.

- All relevant details of key managerial personnel.
