How Do I Create a Salary Slip for My Employees to Open Bank Accounts?

Hi Ali,

I am running a small company with 2 employees. I provide them with a salary of Rs. 5000. Now, my employees are asking for salary slips to open bank accounts. Please provide me with a sample of it. I am not deducting anything from their salaries.
