Hi Gunjan,

How are you? Here is a list of things to be included in MIS:

- Emp Code
- Emp Name
- Designation
- Department
- Date of Joining
- Date of Birth
- Present Address
- Permanent Address
- Qualifications: Educational & Professional
- CTC
- Subsequent Appraisal Date
- Appraisal Remarks
- Performance Parameters
- etc.

All the data can be expanded on and kept in different files, with one master file linked to all others. It will be an exhaustive list, but to give you a hint, the above parameters would be the beginning.

Separate files should be maintained for performance, training, promotion increment, each linked to the master file. This way, at any given point in time, the management/HR can retrieve complete information about the person in question.

Records that should be maintained:

- Interview Date
- Competencies for which he/she was hired
- Remarks of the interview panel

I would like other members to add/modify the list so that we can discuss further on it.

Thanks & Regards,
Puja

Hi,

The data in the Interview MIS can be as per your convenience. I add the following details to them:

1. Name
2. Email ID
3. Contact Details
4. Position Applied
5. Competencies
6. First Interview date
7. Comments
8. Interviewed by
9. Nature of Interview - telecon/Personal
10. Second Interview Date
11. Interviewer
12. Status

You can, however, keep on adding the salary drawn, expected, etc.

Regards,
Radha
