How Can I Check the Status of My Provident Fund Withdrawal from 2008 in Delhi?

Hi,

I applied for my PROVIDENT FUND in the month of August 2008 in Delhi to the following address along with Form 10C and 19. I would like to know the procedure to check the status of the claim.

Dear Sir,

I applied for the withdrawal of my provident fund on 12 November 2008, and my HR officials have advised me that this amount will automatically credit to my account within 30-40 days. As it has been more than the stipulated period, and I have not yet received any amount of PF, kindly provide me with an update on my status.
