I need help for developing training module for retail management and hotel management (basic training for employees in restaurant - which cover topics including housekeeping, basic etiquettes, approaching custoemrs, ethics, etc) specifically for junior level staff present on shop floor. Does anyone have a ppt or module outline for the two? Your help is greatly appreciated!
