Seeking Help: How to Create Effective Training Modules for Retail and Hotel Staff?

I need help developing training modules for retail management and hotel management (basic training for employees in a restaurant - covering topics including housekeeping, basic etiquettes, approaching customers, ethics, etc.), specifically for junior-level staff present on the shop floor. Does anyone have a PowerPoint presentation or module outline for these topics? Your help is greatly appreciated!
