Confused About Balanced Scorecard Project Focus: Company or Industry Approach?

I've selected BALANCED SCORECARD as the project topic for the fourth semester, but I am confused about whether I should focus on a company-specific or industry-specific approach. I am also unsure about what objectives I should set – should I conduct a comparative analysis or explore something else? As far as the little knowledge that I have on this topic, I would suggest you go company-specific. Even if you are focusing on industry specifics, your target population should be limited to one department only. Avoid taking on too big of a project; otherwise, it will become cumbersome.
