1) Can anyone share the current practice followed in companies regarding Balanced Scorecard (BSC) reports and the various types of reports that can be generated?

2) How is HR driving the implementation of BSC in organizations?

3) What is the review process followed - monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.?
