Need Budget-Friendly Team Outing Ideas for 40 People Within 16-18 Hours Travel Time

We are planning for a team outing. The journey time should not be more than 16-18 hours. This time we planned for Ooty via Bangalore. But it's out of budget. We are 40 people.

Please suggest some good places to visit. We have 5 days.

What do you think of Pondicherry? I think it would be a great place for a team outing! I am not aware of your budget though!

I feel the best option is Malpe Beach. There is a resort named Paradise Isle. They have plenty of rooms, a good ocean-view restaurant, a pool, and many indoor and outdoor game activities. Also, there are a lot of water sports facilities there. Their rates are reasonable, and the food is awesome. We had been to team outings to Pondy, Goa, etc., but found this as the best out of all.
