I m member of the management committee of Indian Society for Training & Development, Delhi Chapter and also on the editorial board of above journal. ISTD Delhi Chapter publishes Training & Development Reporter on Bi-monthly basis. I invite fellow members who are interested in submitting articles related especially in the field of training & Development / HRD, case studies, innovations in the field etc. may submit their articles to me. before submitting pl. ensure that u r not infringing the Intellectual property rights of others in any way so the article should be genuine and original. Dear Madhurima,
I find that many of your posts requesting for material have gone unanswered. That's because of two reasons: one. the posts are too general and, two, unless academics see your posts others may not have the material handy. We also have to do the same as you, i.e., search the web.
I searched and I could not find many scholarly articles.
