Manpower Planning Process Of Jet Airways

I am currently doing my HR course and I badly need help on a project I have on the manpower planning process of Jet Airways regarding its recruitment technique, training and development, performance appraisal system etc. Can someone who knows about it post it here or maybe point me in the right direction?
