Confused About Haryana LWF Contribution Rates and Schedule? Let's Clarify Together

Hi all,

Can anyone give me advice on the latest Haryana LWF employee and employer contribution rates?

To the best of my knowledge, the contribution is 1.00 for the employee and 2.00 for the employer. Is this still accurate?

Is this deducted monthly, or do we follow the basis of deduction quarterly (this applies for Haryana)? Does this mean the contributions will only be made during the months of March, June, September, and December?

Could someone please clarify? Thanks so much for the help.

Employee - Rs. 5

Return needs to be submitted on a quarterly basis, but employee deductions need to be deducted on a monthly basis. Hope it's clear.

Thanks so much! So does that mean that if I have been employed by my company since September, I should be deducted Rs. 5 for September, October, and November, plus upcoming December, which means I will have a total of deduction and contribution from my employer, all of which have to be submitted by December?
