Salary Limit For Gratuity

Dear seniors,
can any one tell me is there any limit in salary for gratuity calculation except the limit of gratuity amount(3.5 lakhs)?
If so any notifications for that?

Upto my best knowlege there is no ceiling for gratuity limit for calulation but maximum limit of gratuity is only upto 3.5lac.

There is no max salary celing for gratuity. every employee is entitled to get the gratuity at their superannuation. the 15 days salary(basic + DA) for every completed year of service max is 3.5 lac

I agree with all of you that there is no max wage ceiling for gratuity. But the maximum limit of gratuity is up to 10 lacs as per new amendment of gratuity Act.

Yes, as per the latest amendment in Gratuity the max amount ceiling is 10 lacs not 3.5 lacs.
