can anybody tell me what is the formula in the factory act"License renewal" in the colomn 'No of Person ordinarly emoloyed".
Please tell me waht is the meaning of Mandays

Mandays stand for the number of days worked multiplied by the number of persons employed. If there were 70 employees on a day, then the mandays for that particular day will be 70 and so on. The total mandays for a year will be a composition of so many mandays calculated on a daily basis. Similarly, man hours is the number of person per day multiplied by hours worked and the manhours per year will be the accumulation of so many manhours.
