I had resigned from my current job on 16th May 10 and as per management increment letter which was circulated in 2008 notice period is of two months only signed by employer. But one non-complete agreement was circulated earlier in 2006 which indicated one month notice period on it both employer & employee had signed on Rs.100/- stamp. Which is valid?
