Our Company is planning to setup its own training centre for which we are in process of benchmarking. I have also prepared a questionaire for my benchmarking partners which did not impress my boss. Kindly help me out with few samples or templete as in how do I prepare it . What are the questiones I need to include.
I need to know the entire history of my benchmarking partner starting from sq feet area of centre to the programmes delivered thr.
