I have been reading some of the articles in this column and I found them very interesting and educational. I believe most of the writers are from India as I notice that many of the requests are for companies in India. I live in Malaysia and I may not be in a position to assist many of you. However, I have found that these management stories might be worth reading.

Very useful, Sneha. It's surprising how much we humans can learn from nature.

Thanks, Sneha. It is amazing how much we humans can learn from birds and animals. I read a story of a lizard trapped within a crevice in a wall when a nail was driven through its leg. It was discovered several years later, I am told, still alive. Closer observation showed the presence of another lizard that had fed it all this time, painstakingly sharing/fetching food for it. Now, that IS teamwork.

Thanks once again for the beautiful ppt. :)

Hi Sneha,

The presentation on teamwork is really very encouraging, especially the part about the sick geese. I wish we all take a lesson from this presentation to establish ourselves as successful professionals in all walks of life.

Dear Sneha,

Just a great PPT presentation, but more than that, a great message about teamwork. After all, humans have a lot of things to learn from other species. I hope we can always be like the geese with partners, friends, and family.

The best :icon1:
