I have just join this group & need ur help urgently , I am working in Chair Mfg firm, We have to submit the daily / weekly report for the marketing we are doing in the form of excel sheet , the contents are call made , inquiry received , status , when we have to call & so on . Can some one will help me out with ready format with more details in Excel Sheet how we can give best report .
