This is a PDF document and there are no problems in downloading it. BEFORE you download it, make sure you have Adobe Reader or another PDF reading program installed on your computer. Reader is a free download from Adobe. You can google other PDF reading programs. By making sure you are correctly set up FIRST, you will avoid problems in not being able to read the document and sending numerous messages to the thread wanting the file sent to you personally. There is no point the OP sending you the file if you still don't have the software to read it.
