The Roles are:
Recruitment Manager -
- Should be a postgraduate in Business Administration (MBA) or Human resource Management (MHRM) from a recognized University.
- Should have Minimum of 10 years experience in the entire gamut of HR and a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in the Recruitment function in a large Multinational Organization.
- Should have experience developing and leading on recruitment strategy.
- Prior Experience in Aviation industry will be an added advantage.
Industrial Engineering Officer (HR)-
- Post Graduate in Management Studies ( Human Resources / Business Management ) or a degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Forecast manpower resources for achievement of business goals
- Develop annual manpower budget plans and cost analysis
- Conduct job analysis, develop job descriptions and job evaluation programs
- Instill Job evaluation systems & work study for effective utilization of resources
- Increase the productivity of human resources through re-engineering studies
- Conduct salary surveys and develop compensation package
- Facilitate the Organization Restructuring strategies
- Develop wage and salary administration systems
- Analyze work force utilization and operational data such as manpower costs, organization charts to determine efficient utilization of human resources
- Analyse and recommend solutions to resolve labour related issues.
- Recommend & Develop new welfare programmes for employees
- Recommend, develop and implement human resource automation and computer software systems.
- Solve human resources problems efficiently.
Job Analyst -
- Collect information about the duties, responsibilities, necessary skills, outcomes, and work environment of a particular job
- Post Graduate in Management Studies ( Human Resources / Business Management ) with 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Review the job responsibilities of employees
- Analyze the work duties, tasks, and responsibilities that need to be accomplished by the employee filling the position
- Develop Job descriptions which include examining the tasks and sequences of tasks necessary to perform the job.
- Conduct Job Evaluation for different positions
- Benchmark similar jobs through Internet research and viewing sample job descriptions online
- Develop Key Performance Indicators required for the different positions
- Facilitate data collection for Methods & Work Study
