The quickest and fastest way of telling if a person is in stress is by observing their frown. Frowning is the fastest indicator of stress! Do an activity - sit wherever you are and start frowning. Frowning is when you bring the brows of your eyes together, similar to that of when you are angry. Within precisely 3 minutes, you may experience bad thoughts, wrong thoughts, increased heart rate, teeth clenching, stiffening wrists, sweating, numb legs, and a "butterfly" feeling in your stomach.

So, what can you do to avoid it? When you frown, hold your frown with your index and thumb finger for one minute, and then immediately release your fingers. You will feel a cool sensation on your forehead where you had your frown. It's soothing, simple, and cool! Give it a try!
