The presentation is very good. However, there is one point where it shows that before training, they reply to the customer stating they cannot help due to the unavailability of a particular product. What happens after the training? It would have been better if that aspect were included. Otherwise, it seems incomplete or completely disregards the response given before training.

That's my personal view.
