I worked in one of the premier ISP/Telecom companies in our country for 10 years and 4 months continuously. However, due to some personal issues, I went on unauthorized leave. After three months, my company terminated my job, citing unauthorized absence as the reason. Now, I have a termination letter from my company in my hand.
Could anyone please suggest the best way to cope with this situation? If I start searching for new jobs, what will be my fate in HR interviews? Will my candidature be considered even with a termination letter?
