It is really a nice, informative forum. I represent a mid-sized company (around 150 people, planning to grow to 250 by March 07). I would like to know from the esteemed HR fraternity present here if there is a standalone application available to automate HR functions that is offered as a hosted web service. We cannot afford the big ERPs and the significant IT infrastructure requirements.
I wish to automate the HR function, and management also supports it. However, like any small-sized company, HR comes last when it comes to investment priorities. Vendors present here in the forum, please feel free to suggest your solutions and also indicate the indicative costs involved with your contacts so that I may reach you.
