I was wondering if anyone could please send me a soft copy of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishment (National and Holidays) Act. I have been trying to find it online but haven't been successful. I need the bare act. Kindly help.

I needed the list of holidays, but I have got that. Just needed some other ancillary stuff. So it would be great if someone had the bare act. That's what I want.

Hi,

For Tamil Nadu, some of the state Bare Acts will not be available in soft copy. You may have to buy the Bare Act from Sitaraman & Co in Royapettah, Thirumangalam, or Saidapet, or we have to create the soft copy on our own.

Can someone help me with whether we can declare more than 5 festival holidays? Is it allowed by law as per the Tamil Industrial and Establishment Act?
