Optimizing Salary Breakup and CTC Calculation for Employee Benefits

Hi!

I am in urgent need of a tax-friendly salary breakup that is beneficial for both the employee and the employer and can be applied to all employees. I also need to know what factors need to be considered when calculating the breakup.

Hi,

Please find the attachment. It may be useful to you. Just enter the CTC amount in the CTC column. If you want to know the calculation, just select each column and press F2. Do not enter a CTC over and above 500000/-. It will affect the calculation of TDS. If you know Tax, you will be able to understand what I mean.

We have a new company, and currently, we only have a consolidated salary structure. Now, we wish to provide PF facility to all employees. Before proceeding, I would like to understand how to break up the CTC into Basic, HRA, etc., to ensure maximum benefits for the employees. Kindly advise me.

1) Basic.
2) HRA.
3) Conveyance.
4) Professional Tax.
5) Medical Allowance.
6) Medical Insurance.
