Thank you for showing interest in helping. My company is a pharmaceutical company where we want to know the views of our managerial level employees about innovation. This includes what they exactly mean by innovation, how important they feel it is, whether they are using it in their work, or want to do that. In short, their attitude towards it.

We want to create a questionnaire in a format that allows us to quantify the results. Currently, I am working on objective type questions where each option will have points. Depending on the options selected by the employee, their score can be generated. I would appreciate help in determining various parameters we can use for this.
