Planning a New Year Celebration for 120 People – Any Fresh Ideas to Share?

Recently, I initiated HR activities in my organization and organized a small-scale Diwali Celebration. The response was good. I plan to have a full-fledged New Year Celebration covering a total strength of about 120 persons. Any ideas? The newer, the better....

I can't do that as I am not working on a very fair budget. I am looking for novel activities and events that can be organized in-house in an organized way by making professional arrangements for infrastructure and refreshments, et al.

Any ideas on that? 😕🤔
