New Year Celebration Event

Dear All,
Hi !
Recently initiated HR activities in my orgn. and organised a small scale Diwali Celebration. The response was good .
Plan to have a full fledged New Year Celebration covering a total strength of about 120 persons.
Any ideas ?? The newer the better....

That i can't do as i am not working on a very fair budget.
I am looking for novel activities and events that can be organised inhouse in an organised way by making professional arrangements for infrastructure and refreshments et al.
Any ideas on that ???:(:confused:
